Leon Le is a Vietnamese-American filmmaker. In his short films “Dawn” (2012) and “Talking to My Mother” (2015) he explores racial topics and sexual inclinations, viewed from a distinctly Asian perspective. These short films were shown at more than a hundred film festivals, winning multiple prizes. His first feature film “Song Lang” (2018) was well received globally and won more than fifty prizes. Ky Nam Inn premiered in 2025 in Toronto.
