Seventeen-year-old Jooin is popular, confident and cheerful. Highly motivated, she plunges herself into everything she does, but she also carries a dark secret with her. She is determined not to let it define her. When she refuses to sign a petition for the release of a convicted paedophile, she impulsively reveals her past, unleashing a storm at her secondary school.
