In a small Turkish mountain village, many dark secrets lurk under a thick layer of snow. A young nurse arrives to imminent doom in the middle of a freezing winter.

Nurse Asli is appointed to a mountain village where winter never seems to come to an end. As a young woman, she wants to live independently, but unfortunately she becomes closed in by patriarchal power dynamics, sexism, superstition and dark warnings by the villagers. On top of that, the community is haunted by an incessant fear for bear attacks.
