Vincent Munier

director

Vincent Munier is a French nature photographer, who has already won multiple photography awards. The tough environment of the Vosges, his home region, is a perfect work environment for him. In 2007 he became a member of the International League of Conservation Photographers, an association of professional nature photographers, who use their work to fight for the conservation of nature. In 2010 he created his own publishing company, Kobalann, allowing him to freely construct books in whichever way he wanted. In 2021 he was co-director of the film “The Velvet Queen”, together with Marie Amiguet, and with writer Sylvain Tesson, about the search for a snow leopard. The documentary won the César Award for Best Documentary Film. His newest project “Le chant des forêts” premiered last year.
