'Shambhala' is the second feature film by Napalese writer-director Min Bahadur Bham, following ‘The Black Hen’ in 2015 (Nepal’s official Oscar submission and winner of the Critics Week in Venice). He has won several awards, including the National Film Award for Best Writer, the Norwegian Sorfond Award at the Cannes film festival, and the Fedeora Award at the Venice film festival.
