Diego Céspedes
director
Diego Céspedes is a Chilean filmmaker. He studied film and television at the University of Chili and worked as cinematographer and worked as a montage-editor for various short films. In 2018 he wrote and directed his short film “El verano del león eléctrico”, which won the Cinéfondation First Prize in Cannes and the NEST First Prize at the San Sebastian Film Festival. His feature film debut “La misteriosa mirada del flamenco” premiered last year in Cannes and won the Prix Un Certain Regard award.
