Cecilia Kang

The Argentinian filmmaker Cecilia Kang directed documentaries, researching the duality she experiences as a Korean-Argentinian, such as "Mi último fracas" (2016) and "Partió de mí un barco llevándome" (2023). The latter won both the Special Jury Prize and the Audience Award at the Mar del Plata International Film Festival. Her newest film "Hijo mayor" premiered last year in Locarno.
