For the fifth time, MOOOV, BLVRD and Jong Volk organise a short film competition for young filmmakers from Bruges. A selection of submitted films will be shown in Lumière Brugge on this evening. A professional jury will join the audience and present two awards: Best Picture and Best Story. After the films there will be time for drinks in the cinema!
