Met amper één minuut verschil werden Nino en Yasmina geboren in een ziekenhuis in Beiroet. Als kind werden ze verliefd op elkaar, maar die kalverliefde eindigde abrupt toen Yasmina's ouders scheidden. Wanneer Nino jaren later betrokken raakt bij een absurd verkeersongeval, komen ze elkaar opnieuw tegen.
