What is our privacy policy? 

MOOOV vzw takes care of your data and privacy. We do so in accordance with the regulations of the European privacy legislation, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016/679 of the 27th of April 2016, concerning the protection of natural people regarding the processing of personal data and the free circulation of said data. 

MOOOV vzw attaches great importance to respecting your private life. Most of the information about MOOOV is available on the website without the need for personal data. In case you are requested to give personal information (if you subscribe to our mailing list or if you take part in a competition), these data will be treated in accordance with the regulations of the law of the 8th December 1992 regarding the protection of private life as opposed to the processing of personal data. You can consult this legislation on www.privacy.fgov.be. 



What does MOOOV guarantee?

  1. Your personal data are only collected and processed in order to provide the information you have requested or to realize the (online) service you have requested. 

  2. The processing of your personal data is limited to the intended goal. 

  3. You have access to your personal data at all times and you can verify whether everything is correct. 

  4. You have the possibility to correct any errors concerning your personal data. 

  5. MOOOV vzw takes the best possible safety measures to prevent a third party from abusing your personal data. Your personal data are neither completely nor partially shared, rented or sold to a third party, nor are they used for commercial goals.


What do we do with your data? 

In case you have subscribed to MOOOV’s mailing list, these data have been included in the contact list of MOOOV vzw (2300 Turnhout, Warandestraat 42) and are only available to MOOOV vzw. These data are solely intended for the promotion of screenings and activities by MOOOV vzw. They are not shared with partners of MOOOV vzw. 


How can I unsubscribe from the mailing list? 

If you no longer wish to receive news from MOOOV, you can unsubscribe at the bottom of the newsletters or adapt your preferences at all times.

The new telecom law took effect on the 1st June 2012. This law obliges every website to make mention of the use of cookies. The website of MOOOV also uses cookies. 


What are cookies?

Which cookies does the website of MOOOV use? 


1. Functional cookies
These cookies are necessary to allow you to browse the website properly. Thanks to these cookies, the website remembers your preferences and allows you to arrive at the right place straight away every time you visit the website. Because of this you find your way through our offer more quickly. 

2. Tracking cookies 
The website of MOOOV uses Google Analytics. The code of this software saves cookies to collect data which give the makers of the website insight into amongst other things the traffic to and on the website. With this we do research about how our site is used to improve the user’s experience. We never use these data to redirect individual people. 


How do you switch off cookies?  

If, based on the above, you do decide to block cookies, you can do so in the browser you use. Be careful, cookies are saved onto every computer you use. If you use multiple computers, you should repeat this process for all of them.
